Our "Training on the Job" offer is characterized by an intensive tutoring of the participants in their actual work situation. 

Experienced instructors give you individual learning impulses and direct support for dealing with specific problems, for example, during the initial stage of a project.

If desired, we accompany your project and provide a transfer of know-how for a shorter or longer period, thus enhancing your knowledge and skills by dealing with a practical example of your choice.
